Meet the hosts of needlessly nerdy

David was born in September 1996 in Tampa FL. He took an interest to writing and fancied fiction books. Soon after, he turned to movies as a passion. Star Wars has been the biggest factor in his life since the ripe age of 3 when his father introduced him to the Original Trilogy, which he fell in love with immediately. Since then, subjects of all things nerdy have been a passion extending to the Needlessly Nerdy podcast. David's goal for the podcast is to create a safe community for all nerds of different backgrounds and interests so that they can find each other and make friends that otherwise might have been difficult to find without the internet, especially in the post-Coronavirus society. His hobbies include reading, gaming, writing, and reviewing movies. 

 Lexy was born in April 1998 in Tampa FL. Her first fandom was Percy Jackson which then introduced her to the world of nerdy things. Her father introduced her to the Star Wars prequel trilogy when she was seven, but she didn't truly get into the fandom until 2019. Now Star Wars, along with other fandoms such as the MCU and Avatar The Last Airbender, have become a huge part of her life. Her hobbies include painting, watching movies and TV, reading, and swimming.  

The husband and wife duo aim to host events and cons for nerds from around the world and set goals both small and large to succeed in the industry.
